It’s well with me, Lord
God and I, I say are the unique creation.
Who created God? – no, no explanation.
But God created me in His own image.
I guess He resembles me, me-my image!
I thought on and on, God and I thoroughly,
My heart and soul expresses so vividly,
That God loves me all times unconditionally,
And has a purpose for me conditionally.
What is that purpose? God never reveals
It directly to you and I for He wants a tie
Between us to look into our mind’s eye,
To plan with faithful and fervent prayers.
When hurdles are difficult to cross over
Don’t be disheartened; draw your power
And strength to accept and not to recede,
Walk the way God shows you to proceed.
The joy shared has an underlying Cause,
Who looks forward for our thankfulness.
With the same joyous, worship the Lord
And lift Him up above all with gratitude.
When everything goes safe and sound
Forget not to sound our trumpet ‘n’ say,
‘It’s well with me Lord, You are the Lord.’
Though unseen, I can see You in me, Lord.

Written on a day when I felt low and I am nothing, but God boosted me up with this poem. Though the concept is perplexing, I think you will agree with me.
