Benefit of Studying the Bible:
∗ Let’s read it to be wise, believe it to be saved, and practise it to be holy.
∗ Let’s use it as the traveller’s map, the pilgrim’s staff, the pilot’s compass, the soldier’s sword, and the Christian’s character.
∗ Let’s fill our memory, rule our heart, and guide our feet with His Holy Word.
∗ Let it light our path to direct us, let it feed to support us, and let it comfort to cheer us.
Our Responsibility to the Divine Gift:
∗ Let’s read it slowly, frequently and prayerfully.
∗ Let’s acquire wealth and health to the soul.
∗ Let’s rejoice in the river of pleasure.
∗ Let’s accept and apply the given gift in our daily lives.
∗ Let’s prepare ourselves for God’s judgement.
