Seen the end of two thousand nineteen;
Started the new year with all newness;
In the midst of Your grace and holiness
Though the year had mistakes and follies.
With the anxieties and expectations
Commenced the year with determination.
Gracious God leads mercifully in His way
Upholding me every moment of my stay.
Not only He is with us, but restores us
What we lost due to our sins and faults;
Forgives us and guides us to His Kingdom
With His power and strength and warmth.
Not only restores us, provides us doubly
And pours His Spirit on us abundantly.
With the renewed Spirit walk triumphantly
To be one with God and enter into 2021.
Written on the eve of the first day of the New year 2020, none to talk with, but with a grateful heart had a conversation with God. Amen
